HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER: Just make your choice, select DVD or VHS and click "Buy". Then add the details neccessary to fulfil your order.

We accept credit card payment for Visa and Mastercard. All card details are removed from our files once your payment has been processed.

You may send your information online, via phone or post. We also accept cheques or postal orders payable to "Argus Productions".

If you are ordering from outside the UK, we can only accept payment by credit card. Your card company will convert the payment to your own currency when billing you.

We do not charge until your order is ready to ship.

REMITTANCE TERMS: We ship your order upon receipt of full payment.

DELIVERY: For UK addresses Postage is charged at current Royal Mail rates. Items are usually dispatched within 3 days of receipt of your order, but you should allow 7-10 days "just in case".                 International Orders via air mail: Europe: Current Air Mail rates. Allow 7-10 days.  Rest of the World: Current Air mail rates. You should allow a margin of 14-21 days for delivery.

RETURNS POLICY: We do make every effort to ensure the quality of our products... but in the unlikely event that your product is faulty, please return to the address below, we will replace it immediately and refund your standard postage costs.
