HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER
Make your choice/s and click "Buy", the order process will then take you through the details that we need to fulfil your order. Please check your order carefully - double clicking can add duplicate DVD's. You only commit to buy at the final stage. PRINT A COPY FOR YOUR RECORDS
PAYMENT
We accept credit card payment for Visa and Mastercard processed through the secure PayPal system. All card details are removed from our files once your payment has been processed.

You may send your information online or by post. We also accept cheques or postal orders made payable to "Argus Productions".
REMITTANCE TERMS
We ship your order upon receipt of full payment.
PAYMENT FOR OVERSEAS ORDERS
If you are ordering from outside the UK, we can only accept sterling payment by credit card through the PayPal system. Your card company will convert the payment to your own currency when billing you.
DELIVERY CHARGES & TIMING
For UK addresses postage is charged at current Royal Mail rates. Items usually dispatched within 3 days of receiving your order, but you should allow 7-10 days "just in case". International Orders are charged at current air mail rates: Europe: Allow 7-10 days.
Rest of the World: You should allow a margin of 14-21 days for delivery.
TAXES
All applicable UK taxes are included in the price shown on our website however please be aware that you may be liable for import taxes if ordering from outside of the UK which are not the included in our prices.
RETURNS POLICY
We do make every effort to ensure the quality of our products, but in the unlikely event that your product is faulty, please return it to the address below, we will replace it immediately and refund your standard postage costs. (we cannot refund special delivery postal costs)
Please retain your PROOF OF POSTAGE as we cannot be held responsible for any goods lost in the post.
DAMAGED UPON DELIVERY
Occasionally Royal Mail may deliver an item that has been damaged in transit. If this is the case, please notify us within 3 days of receipt by email with a picture(s) of the damage to: shop@argusvideo.co.uk Upon receipt of these details we will either send you a replacement or refund your payment in full.
